Privacy Policy

Last updated October 23, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Client Flow LLC, operating as Eagle Acquisition (“we”, “us”), collects when you use eagleacquisition.com (the “site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. We are a business-to-business company; this site is meant for business owners and professionals.

Information we collect

  • Booking details. When you book a call, the scheduling form (provided by Calendly) collects your name, email address, time zone, and any notes or answers you choose to enter.
  • Messages. If you reply to our emails or otherwise contact us, we keep that correspondence.
  • Calculator inputs. The numbers you enter into the Fit Calculator are processed in your browser to show your result. We do not send them to our servers or store them.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request, for security and reliability.

How we use it

  • To schedule, hold, and follow up on the calls you book.
  • To respond to your questions and provide our services.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar regions)

Where such laws apply, we process personal information to take steps at your request before a contract (such as booking a call), for our legitimate interests in running and securing the site and responding to you, to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent.

Who we share it with

We use service providers who process information on our behalf and under their own terms, including Calendly (scheduling), Vercel (website hosting), and email and calendar providers we use to communicate with you (such as Google Workspace). When you use the booking widget, Calendly may set cookies and handle your data directly; see Calendly’s privacy policy for details. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale.

International processing

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. The embedded Calendly widget may set its own cookies when you open the booking page. Because we do not engage in cross-site tracking, we do not respond differently to “Do Not Track” signals.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and correspondence records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal, tax, or business obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no website or service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither). California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. EEA and UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority.

To make a request, email us at rickdo@eagleacquisition.com or reply to any message we have sent you. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
