These terms apply to your use of eagleacquisition.com (the “site”), operated by Client Flow LLC, operating as Eagle Acquisition (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is intended for business use by people 18 or older.

About this site

The site describes our appointment-setting services and lets you book a call and use a Fit Calculator. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or contract on its own.

Results, pricing, and statements on the site

Statements on this site about outcomes (for example, the number of qualified sales calls we aim to book, or that you pay per attended call) describe our goals and our usual approach. They are not a guarantee of any specific result. What counts as “qualified”, how many calls are delivered, how billing works, and what happens if targets are missed are set out only in your written agreement with us. Prices and figures shown on the site, including in the calculator, are illustrative unless confirmed in that agreement.

The Fit Calculator is an estimate

The calculator uses the numbers you enter and fixed assumptions to show an illustrative result. It is not a forecast, a guarantee of results, or financial, legal, or business advice. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, your sales process, and market conditions.

Booking a call

Bookings are handled by Calendly. By booking, you confirm the details you provide are accurate and agree that we may email you about your booking and follow up about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time. Booking a call does not create a client relationship.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or overload it, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
• Do not scrape, copy, or resell its content without our written permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics, and software belong to Client Flow LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may view the site and share links to it, but may not reproduce its content for commercial use without permission.

Information you send us

You keep ownership of information you send us. You allow us to use it to respond to you and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and links

The booking widget, hosting, and other third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and the site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client Flow LLC and its owners and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update the site or these terms at any time; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or end access to the site at any time.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
